Medicare Has a Lot of Moving Parts

Original Medicare covers a lot, but not everything, and that’s exactly where Medicare Advantage and Medicare Supplement plans come in. Choosing between them, and then choosing among the plans available in your area, is where most people get stuck.

We help you sort through the options based on your actual situation — your current doctors, your prescriptions, your budget, and whether you travel. There’s no cost to you for the guidance.

What We Help You Compare

  • Medicare Advantage (Part C) plans available in your ZIP code
  • Medicare Supplement (Medigap) plans to fill gaps in Original Medicare
  • Part D prescription drug plans, checked against your actual medications
  • Whether your current doctors are covered under each option
  • Enrollment timing, including Initial, Annual, and Special Enrollment Periods

Frequently Asked Questions

I’m about to turn 65. When should I start looking?

Your Initial Enrollment Period starts 3 months before your birthday month and runs 7 months total. Starting a couple months early gives you time to compare without rushing.

What’s the real difference between Advantage and Supplement plans?

Advantage plans typically bundle Parts A, B, and often D into one plan with a network, often with extra benefits. Supplement plans work alongside Original Medicare to cover cost-sharing gaps and generally let you see any doctor who accepts Medicare, usually for a higher monthly premium.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes, generally during the Annual Enrollment Period or a Medicare Advantage Open Enrollment Period, depending on your situation. We can walk you through your options when the time comes.

Is this free for Medicare shoppers too?

Yes. Licensed agents are compensated by insurance carriers, not by you, so comparing Medicare options costs nothing.
